Question 1

Does kloudboard have a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with everything unlocked: unlimited members, unlimited projects, and every feature including video review, freelancer payouts, and kloudie AI. After the trial you pay per seat.

Question 2

How much does kloudboard cost?

Accepted Answer

There is one plan. Pro is $29 per member per month, or $240 per member per year ($20 per member per month billed annually, 31% off, save $108 per seat). It includes unlimited members and projects, 100 GB of storage per seat, 2,500 AI credits per seat each month, priority support, and advanced analytics.

Question 3

What is the Unlimited plan?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited is a flat $399 per month, billed annually. It covers unlimited seats and projects, 5 TB of storage, and 35,000 AI credits per month. It becomes better value than Pro once your team passes 14 members.

Question 4

Is kloudboard free?

Accepted Answer

There is no free plan. kloudboard offers a 14-day free trial with full access, then paid seats at $29 per member per month (or $20 per member per month billed annually). Guests, such as clients and freelancers, are always free and never consume a paid seat.

Question 5

Do clients and freelancers need paid seats?

Accepted Answer

No. Guests are free and unlimited on every plan. Clients review, comment, and approve the work shared with them; freelancers work their assigned cards and get paid. Neither ever consumes a paid seat. Guests cannot run the workspace: only members see boards, pipelines, and settings.

Question 6

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is deleted. The workspace pauses until you reactivate: every board, card, file, comment and payout record is kept exactly as you left it, and payouts you already owe freelancers still go out. To open the workspace again, restart your plan - reactivating takes one click and nothing is lost.

Question 7

What are AI credits?

Accepted Answer

AI credits pay for kloudie, the built-in AI assistant, and for paid AI tools in the app and over MCP (voice, music, images, video, transcripts, research). The trial includes 1,000 one-time credits; Pro adds 2,500 credits per seat per month, Unlimited includes 35,000 per month, and you can buy more anytime. AI credits are separate from the kloudboard wallet.

Question 8

How do freelancer payouts work?

Accepted Answer

kloudboard lets you pay freelancers directly from the board via PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Revolut, or crypto, with payouts linked to the cards they completed. Pro and Unlimited add no kloudboard platform fee; Free workspaces pay 1% only on international non-SWIFT payouts. The payment rail's own processing cost is always shown before you confirm.

Question 9

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings and keep access until the end of the billing period. See our refund and cancellation policy for details.
